Laboratory Tested - ASTM Safety Rated

  • Pro Shoe Covers' non-skid abilities were tested and rated high on the safety scale.
  • Scores exceeded OSHA's recommended level by 175%

The OSHA Standard:

Static Coefficient of Friction (SCOF) is an indicator of traction or friction present between two surfaces. A SCOF of 0.50 or greater is recommended by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for normal human ambulation. Higher SCOF increases the traction, and therefore reduces the possibility of slips and falls.

Pro Shoe Covers were tested and received a combined SCOF of 1.375, which is 2.75 times the OSHA standard.
